In this case, you'll need to replace your Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top 2 Bike Carrier's (part # HRF2 ) anti-sway cradles with part # HR745AS. I contacted Hollywood Racks directly, and they confirmed that the cradles are not intended to move after they are installed onto the carrier.
I recommend replacing them because they may move during transit and can potentially damage your bike or vehicle.
If you need the regular cradles for the rack as well, they are part # HR740-P. view full answer...

According to Thule, they have not tested their threaded hitch pin with the SportRack Evader.
We have tested this in the past, and have found that the thread pitch of the SportRack and Thule anti-rattle hitch bolts are different, and therefore they are NOT interchangeable.
If you would like a non-locking hitch pin, part # 05002400000 would be an acceptable replacement along with the # T050023 replacement clip. However, the pin used with the # SR0901 anti-rattle hitch lock is not sold separately... view full answer...
The Swagman XC part # S64650 that you referenced has a distance of 10-1/2 inches from the center of the hitch pin hole to the nearest bike hoop which means it will fit and clear you bumper. The pedal will also fit without hitting the vehicle but you may need to position the crank/pedal in a way that allows it fit around the bumper. I looked at pictures of your vehicle and the rear of it tapers forward too so this should be pretty easy. view full answer...
